Hello, I'm Gaby
My Approach Is To Accompany Individuals On Their Journey Of Personal Growth Towards Their Authentic Selves
I am a licensed professional counselor/therapist (LPC) with extensive experience in child and adult therapies, anxiety, depression, etc. Holding master’s degrees from Temple University and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, I am dedicated to offering compassionate care grounded in professional expertise.
In addition to my clinical experience, I am currently pursuing a doctorate in school psychology to expand my knowledge and skills in the field further. I am published, have presented at conferences, and have conducted workshops at independent schools, focusing on mental well-being.
I am committed to providing comprehensive mental health support for children, adolescents, teens, and adults. With 8 years of experience, I have helped clients from ages 5 to 65+ and from all walks of life navigate emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and build resilience through evidence-based therapy tailored to their unique needs.
I am also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques, ensuring clients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs.

What I Do
You Don’T Have To Suffer For Any Longer - I am Here to Help
If you, your child, or a loved one are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, know that support is available. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. As a compassionate therapist, I provide a safe and supportive space to help you find relief, build resilience, and regain a sense of balance. Healing is possible – let’s take the first step together toward healing today.

The Process
It’s Time To Take Back Control Of Your Life
Healing isn’t just about fixing what feels broken – it’s about reclaiming your strength and well-being, for yourself and your loved ones. Whether you’re a parent, a child, or an individual, the first step toward a healthier, balanced life starts today.
Mental Health Concerns
Mental health struggles affect everyone, whether you’re a person navigating your own emotions or a parent trying to help your child. Therapy provides a safe, compassionate space to understand feelings, cope with challenges, and rebuild connections with yourself and those you love.
Personal Growth and Development
Healing and growth benefit not only you but also the loved ones around you. Whether you’re an individual seeking self-empowerment, a parent wanting to model strength for your children, a child learning how to express feelings, dealing with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues, therapy empowers you to grow and positively impact you and those you care about.
Adjustment and Life Transitions
Life changes are tough on everyone -whether it’s a child adjusting to school, a parent navigating a new phase, or a loved one facing a major life event. Therapy provides the tools to manage transitions with strength, offering support to help you and your family thrive through these shifts.
