Two Mental Health Professionals Passionate About Psychology and Counseling

Gaby DiFilippo

My passion for psychology and counseling began back in middle school when friends would often come to me seeking a listening ear and advice. Being able to provide support and guidance during those formative years ignited a deep desire within me to pursue a career in psychology. Witnessing the positive impact I could have on others through my willingness to listen and offer assistance inspired me to dedicate my life to helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to have someone they can confide in and trust, especially during times of emotional distress.

As a mental health professional, I strive to be that person for you. I understand the importance of creating a non-judgmental and empathetic space where you feel safe expressing your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. By actively listening and providing compassionate support, I aim to help you discover your inner resilience and assist you in developing the necessary coping strategies to overcome challenges. Together, we can explore your unique experiences, uncover underlying patterns, and work towards fostering positive change in your life.

Throughout our therapy sessions, I incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including play, art, music, and exercise, to encourage self-expression and enhance your overall well-being. These creative approaches can often unlock hidden emotions and facilitate deeper insight into your thoughts and feelings.

My ultimate goal is to empower you to lead a fulfilling life by equipping you with the tools and strategies that resonate with your individual needs and goals. I am committed to providing unwavering support and guidance as we navigate your therapeutic journey together. I feel honored to be part of your healing process and am genuinely passionate about helping you overcome your challenges. Together, let's embark on a path of self-discovery, growth, and lasting positive change.

I am excited about the opportunity to assist you in unlocking your true potential for healing and happiness.
